These exhibitions give Valk Welding the opportunity to present the latest developments and technologies to an international public.

Flex Cell
This year at Metapro 2006 we will look forward to present the “Flex Cell”. The robot will be presented under the concept “Flex Cell”. This is a robot with a basic frame and can be changed into 7 different cell configurations, according to the concept “plug & weld. The installation can be transported, without any program corrections. The cell is equipped with a Panasonic robot VR006 with Global 2 controller, which simulates welding at two different products and demonstrates the speed and flexibility of the robot in combination with freely programmable manipulators.  

TAWERS
As the first manufacturer world-wide, Panasonic launches a robot completely focussed on the arc welding process. With its latest TAWERS welding robot, which stands for The Arc Welding Robot System, Panasonic continues where other manufacturers pull out.

Valk Welding, the robot integrator, will present the new concept TAWERS, to an international welding public. This extremely fast and compact welding robot is specifically designed for arc welding applications. Thanks to the bended arm, the robot can easily bend over its work piece, and the rotation wire motor controls the optimal position of the wire feeding cable for optimum wire feeding. Furthermore, the extreme high speed of the TAWERS increases production output. Another striking detail is the fact that all connecting cables – also for the wire motor etc - run through the robot. 

In the meantime Valk Welding already realised some projects and the success exceeds the expectations.
