Global 2 controller
The very compact Global 2 Controller has much to offer, such as for example the possibility:
- to control 27 axes;
- to synchronise 3 robots;
- to carry out 6 groups of multi-tasking (by means of multi-mechanism control);
- to control a maximum of 5 digital power sources and to handle products with the robot along one or more permanent welding and/or handling stations (by means of multi-weld control)
- standard handling of 40,000 points, the G2 controller disposes of 40 inputs and outputs (optional to be expanded to 504 inputs and outputs);
- to communicate with various network protocols such as Ethernet, device net and profibus (enabling system integration in any network).
Controlling of the Global 2 Controller is done by means of an extremely advanced (completely Windows-based) teach box with 7' TFT LCD colour screen. Programming thus becomes much easier and well-organised.
Besides a standard Windows interface, you will have an on-screen 'graphical user interface'. By means of graphical symbols, controlling and programming becomes easier.
